Our office is up on the fifth floor, room 501 in the C Wing of Lake View. It's inside the Lodha Heaven area in Nilje, over in Dombivli East. Being in the Kalyan taluka means we see a lot of the local traffic, but the view of the lake is okay when you need a break from staring at the screen. It’s a busy spot in Thane. The elevator sometimes takes forever, so a few of us just take the stairs if we’re in a rush. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and people working on laptops. We keep the place tidy but it’s clear people actually work here. There are pens everywhere and half-empty coffee mugs. We’ve been at this location for a bit. It’s a good enough space for the team to get together and hash out whatever project is on the table. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It feels like a real community in this building. We know the security guys and the people in the other wings. It’s not some cold office park out in the middle of nowhere. We’re right here in the mix of things. Just a normal group of people doing their jobs day in and day out. It's not fancy, but it is ours. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things moving forward as best as we can.
