We are located in Dahisar West at the Pramilanagar Co-Operative Society. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, and our office is tucked away in Block C-2 at Flat 005. It might seem like a small spot for an infrastructure company, but Nilesh Desai keeps everything running from this ground-floor flat. We don't have a big glass building or a fancy lobby. We mostly handle the books, the planning, and the site coordination from here. Kandarpada is a decent area and we have been in this society for a long time. Most of our work comes from people who already know us, so we don't bother with big billboards or ads. The office gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in to drop off their reports or pick up new plans. We drink a lot of chai and spend hours on the phone. The society has some nice trees outside which helps keep things a bit cooler during the Mumbai heat. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello or ask how things are going. The fan in the corner makes a little clicking sound, but we don't really notice it anymore. We even keep some files in the kitchen area because we ran out of space in the main room. It is just regular people doing regular business in a simple apartment. No big corporate vibes around here.
