Our office is located at 1/5 in the M.S.E.B. Colony on Karnik Road in Kalyan West. Kalyan is a place where everyone is always on the move, and we are no different. We’ve been involved in construction for quite a while now. The office is tucked away in a residential area, which makes it feel a bit more personal than those big commercial parks. We spend our days looking at site reports and trying to keep the projects on schedule. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the colony and various construction sites around Thane. Construction isn't always pretty; there’s a lot of mud, dust, and dealing with weather that doesn't want to cooperate. We have a small crew that has stayed with us through the years, so we know how each other works. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for big presentations or fancy marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our boards at a site. The desk is always covered in blueprints and coffee mugs. Sometimes we are here late into the night trying to get a quote finished or a plan adjusted. It’s a solid, honest way to make a living. We just keep our heads down and focus on building things that will last. It’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it right here in Kalyan for years. It isn't complicated, just hard work.
