We are based out of room 302 in Satnam Garden. It’s right there on G.B. Road in Thane West. If you know the area, you know how much it’s changed over the years. We’ve seen the traffic grow and the buildings go up everywhere. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a practical space where we handle all the paperwork and planning. Dealing with property and projects in Maharashtra keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, and the phone doesn't stop ringing. It’s a lot of coordination between different sites. We spend a good chunk of our day talking to contractors and checking on how things are moving along at various spots. It’s not all smooth sailing; there are always delays with supplies or some permit taking longer than expected. That’s just the reality of the business here. We like being in Kasarvadavli because it’s central to everything we do. You’ll usually find someone here until late evening, just finishing up the last few tasks of the day. It’s a small team, really. We just get on with the work that needs doing, keeping things straightforward. No need for anything complicated. Just local people working in a local office, trying to keep every project moving forward as best as we can without overcomplicating the small stuff. It keeps the stress down when things get busy during the peak season.
