M/S Paracor Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd

We are located at House No. C 64 in South City, which is right off Raibaraielly Road in Lucknow. It is a house that we use for the office of M/S Paracor Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, so it feels a lot more like a home than a company building. We do capital advisory work, which basically means we are just sitting around these tables looking at numbers and talking to people about their business plans. The area is fairly quiet compared to the center of Lucknow, which is nice because we can actually hear ourselves think. We do not have a big sign outside or anything like that. If you did not know the house number, you might just drive right past us. Inside, it is pretty relaxed. We do not wear suits unless there is a really big meeting, which does not happen every day. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though the Lucknow heat can be a bit much sometimes in May. Raibaraielly Road has changed a lot lately with all the new construction, but our little corner remains pretty steady. It is just a handful of us working here. We handle the paperwork, make some calls, and try to give decent advice to the people who ask. It is a small operation and we like keeping it that way without all the corporate layers. No one is trying to be a big shot here, just doing the daily work as it comes.
