Our place is in F-201, right inside Evergreen City near the Gcc area. It’s a busy part of Mira Road East. If you know the Hatkesh Industrial Estate, we are just near there. The office is often full of papers and people coming in to ask about their flats. Mira-Bhaynder Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the horns all day long. It’s a real lived-in space. We don't have polished floors or fancy lights. It’s just where we do our business. Working in housing means dealing with a lot of different people every day. Some are happy, some are worried, and we just listen to all of them. The staff here has been together for a few years. We know the local tea stall guy and the postman by name. It’s that kind of atmosphere. We aren't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We’re just in a regular building doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s all part of the daily routine at Mayfair. We just keep the files moving and try to stay on top of things. It’s a lot of manual tracking and phone calls, but we get through the pile eventually. This is just how we work here in Mira Road.
