M/S L.A.Patil & Co.

Our office, M/S L.A.Patil & Co., is located in Malad West. We are over at number 16 in the Saidham C.H.S. building on Chincholi Bunder Road. It is a pretty typical Mumbai setup here in the 400064 area. Chincholi Bunder Road is always humming with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We have been operating out of this cooperative housing society for some time. It is a local place where we handle our business every day. People from around Malad know where to find us. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a straightforward office where the work happens. Being in a C.H.S. means we are right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix. We like that. It feels grounded. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just Mumbai for you. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home like everyone else. Our door is at number 16. If you are walking down Chincholi Bunder Road, you will see the Saidham building. We have been part of this street for a good stretch. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the files and the clients that come through. It is a quiet enough spot once you get inside and away from the street noise. It is just a regular office for regular people.
