M/S Ladak Developers

We are located in Bhandup West, specifically in Vivek Niwas on Village Road. It is a small office, room number 3/6, and it gets quite busy being right in the heart of Mumbai. There is always the sound of local trains and the general hum of the city in the background. We have been working on development projects around here for quite a while now. Most of our day involves talking to contractors or dealing with the local municipal office paperwork. It isn't a glamorous job like people think when they hear the word developers. It is mostly checking on construction sites, making sure the cement is the right grade, and arguing over delivery times. The Saibaug area is pretty crowded, so parking is always a headache when people come to visit us. We usually just have a few chairs and a table where we look over the floor plans. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the physical files we have to keep for the various projects, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person to write our stuff. It is just us trying to get buildings finished so people can move in eventually. Most of our work comes from people who know us in the neighborhood. It is hard work and the Mumbai heat doesn't make it any easier, but we keep showing up every morning.
