You can find M/S. Kudalkar & Associates over on Dr. Ambedkar Road in Parel. We are on the first floor of a building called Laxmi Cottage, specifically at A/52. Parel is a busy part of Mumbai, and this road is always moving with traffic and people. Being on the first floor means we are close to the street level but just slightly away from the direct noise. The office isn't anything fancy. It is an older building with a lot of character, and we have made ourselves at home here. We have our files stacked up and our desks arranged in a way that makes sense for us. Mumbai 12 is a place with a lot of history, and working out of Laxmi Cottage feels right. We do not use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local team doing our jobs every day. The space is a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in, but it is a productive environment. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location on such a major road. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. If you are coming to see us, just look for the sign on Dr. Ambedkar Road. It is a straightforward walk up to the first floor. We spend our time looking at records and talking to people who need our help. It is just a normal Mumbai office life for us.
