M/S Kanakiya Spaces Pvt Ltd

Our office for Kanakiya Spaces is in Room 224 over in Govandi East. It is right near the Borla cross. If you know the Mumbai area at all, you know it can get pretty crowded and busy around here at all hours. We just have this one room to handle all our property and space management tasks. It is not a big corporate headquarters, just a small place where we get the paperwork done and meet people. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most of our day involves dealing with people coming in and out to ask about different spaces in the 400 088 area. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic and people, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone doing fancy sales jobs. Most people find us because they are already in the neighborhood looking for help. We just look at what spaces are available and try to help people out. It is a very local way of doing things. We keep our files in the back and have a couple of desks up front for the staff. It is a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors at once, but it works fine for us. We do not try to make it look like something it is not. It is just a regular office in a busy part of Mumbai where we do our daily business. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized.
