We are located in Borivali East, specifically at F/304 in Country Park. It’s on Datta Pada Road. Being in Mumbai, things are always moving fast. Kajiva Construction Company Pvt.Ltd is the name on the door. It’s an office building, so it’s a bit quieter than the actual construction sites we manage. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to suppliers. The 400066 area is where we've set our base. It’s a good location for us to get around the city. We have a few desks and a lot of files. The coffee isn't great, but it keeps us going through the afternoon. We don’t have a fancy lobby with plants. It’s a working office. Most of the staff are busy with phone calls or heading out to check on progress at various locations. We’ve been here for some time now. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take longer, we say so. We’ve had the same people working with us for years. It’s like a small family in some ways. We don’t bother with big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Mumbai is a tough place to build, but we like it here. It's just our way of working day in and day out.
