Our office is over in Bhandup East, specifically in the Premsambandh society on Ashok Nagar Road. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Datta Mandir, which most locals know. It’s a typical Mumbai spot, a bit crowded and always noisy. We handle clearing and forwarding, which mostly means a lot of forms, stamps, and waiting on customs. The morning starts early here because the port schedules don't wait for anyone. We’ve got a small team sitting in 2/10, mostly just focusing on the files piled up on the desks. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. There’s a lot of back and forth with the docks and making sure the transport is lined up right. Sometimes things get delayed at the gate, and we have to spend hours on the phone. That’s just how the business goes. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people we have known for years. The tea stall nearby is where we take our breaks when the paperwork gets too much. It’s a practical office for a practical job. We make sure the boxes move and the taxes are paid. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We’ve been in this building for a long time now and have no plans to go anywhere else.
