We are based over in Malad West, not too far from the Inorbit Mall. Most people know the New Link Road area because it gets so backed up with traffic in the evenings. Our office is part of the Elanza projects, near the Rustamji buildings. It’s a busy part of Mumbai to be in, but it’s where all the action is. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking to contractors on the phone. The office usually has stacks of papers and blueprints on the tables. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Mumbai means you’re always on the move. We’ve been involved in various building works around here for a while. Sometimes it feels like the whole city is under construction. We try to stay organized, but with so many things happening at once, it’s a challenge. The heat can be tough during the monsoon season, but we keep going. Our team is small, mostly just people who have been around the industry for years. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive furniture. We just need a desk and a working phone line to keep the business running. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. If you’re near the mall, you’re basically right by us. We are just local people doing our jobs and trying to keep up with the city's pace.
