M/S. Airworks India Engg.Pvt.Ltd is based over at Park Site in Mumbai, specifically A-5/8. If you know Mumbai, you know how cramped and busy Park Site can be. It’s an industrial sort of area, and our office fits right in with that environment. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a fancy suit or hold formal dinners. We’re usually in our work clothes, dealing with engineering problems and mechanical parts. The noise from the street and the other units nearby is just something we’ve gotten used to over the years. We have a small crew, and we all know our jobs. There isn’t a lot of hierarchy; if something needs to be moved or fixed, whoever is closest just does it. The humidity in Mumbai can be a real pain for the equipment, so we spend a lot of time on maintenance and checking things twice. We don’t really do any big marketing or have a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. It’s a lot of manual work and technical checking. We just try to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied without making a big deal out of it. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s our way of doing things in this part of the city. We have been here for a long time now.
