Our setup is a bit different because we operate through Shri H.K. Tiwari’s place. It’s more of a personal touch here. He’s been around for a long time, married with a kid who’s already finishing up school. We’ve got deep roots in the community, going back to those days with the U.P. Board in 1988. It’s not some big corporate glass building. It’s just a house where we take care of business. Sometimes the kid is around studying for his XIIth exams, so it feels very much like a family environment. We think that’s better than being in some cold office park. When people come by, they aren't just a number to us. We’ve got the old records from Allahabad and we know how things used to be done. It’s a quiet spot, good for focusing on the details. We don’t have a lot of staff, just the main folks who know the history of the company. Dealing with us means dealing with people who have lived here and worked here for decades. It might feel a bit old-fashioned to some, but it works. We handle the M/S Acc Ltd. business with a lot of care because it’s our livelihood. If you need something, you just come to the door and ask for us. We’ve been here since the 1st D results of 1988.
