M.R.K. Industries

M.R.K. Industries operates out of the Govt Industrial Estate in Kandivali. Our unit is 115-C, right in the middle of a lot of other factories and busy workshops. It is a loud area, always filled with the sound of machinery and trucks moving around, but that is just how an industrial estate feels. We have been in M.R.K. House for quite some time. The building itself is sturdy and has seen plenty of different seasons. Inside, we try to keep things organized so we can find what we need without too much trouble. There is no big lobby or anything like that, just the main workspace and some desks for the paperwork. We mostly spend our days on the floor or checking on the current stock. Kandivali is a good spot for us because it is easy for transport, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache in the evenings. Our team is small, mostly people from the local area who know how to handle the equipment properly. We do not really do much advertising; we just stick to the jobs that come in. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on for everyone. Sometimes we have our tea breaks outside near the gate when the weather is decent. Every day is pretty much the same—open up early, check the list, and get to it. It is a practical way to run a business and it suits us just fine here in the estate.
