M.Pallonji& Co.Pvt.Ltd is based out in Borivali, Mumbai. Being in this part of the city means we are always dealing with the rush and the noise of the local trains nearby. Our office is a place where we manage a lot of different industrial services and projects. It is an old name in the business, but here in the office, it just feels like a regular workplace. We have stacks of files and people constantly coming in and out for meetings. Mumbai is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but we are used to it by now. I usually start my morning with a coffee and a look at the schedule for the day. We have guys working on sites all over, so there is a lot of calling back and forth to make sure things are going okay. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations; we just tell people what can be done and how long it will take. Sometimes the monsoon rains make everything difficult, but we just keep pushing through. The Borivali office is our main spot for keeping everything organized. It’s a bit cramped with all the records we’ve kept over the years, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the payroll is handled on time. It is a long commute for some of us, but we get here every day and put in the work required.
