Mottmac Donald P.L.T.D

Our place is called Kalanilayam. It’s located in Keezhemoongodu, near the Thekkupara post office in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The company name is Mottmac Donald P.L.T.D. We are tucked away in a spot that’s quite green and quiet compared to the noise of the city. It's a nice change of pace for us. We handle various engineering and technical tasks from this office. It’s a simple setup with just the basic things we need to get through the work day. We don't have a big HR department or fancy logos printed on every single wall. It’s mostly just us working on what needs to be done. The weather here can be quite wet during the monsoon season, so we spend a lot of time indoors then. We don't really do the whole marketing thing or try to sell ourselves. Most people who work with us already know what we are about. We just sit down, look at the project requirements, and figure out the best way to handle them. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We value being practical more than being flashy or expensive. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or use the backup generator. It’s just how things go in this area. We are proud of the work we finish without making a big deal out of it.
