Rashi Industries

Our place is Rashi Industries, located on the ground floor at Shop No. 7 in Moti Mansion. We are right near Alankar Cinema on 5th Khetwadi Lane. This part of the city is quite old and has a lot of character. Moti Mansion itself has been around for ages. Being near Alankar Cinema means there’s always something going on around here. The lane is narrow, so it can be a bit tricky for big deliveries, but we’ve figured it out over the years. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We don’t have a showroom or a fancy entrance. You just walk in off the street. The ground floor spot is convenient because we don’t have to carry heavy stuff up any stairs. Khetwadi is a busy area with lots of small businesses like ours. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the production side of things. Sometimes the noise from the cinema crowds can be a bit much, but it’s part of the local atmosphere. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. Most of the other shopkeepers on 5th Khetwadi Lane are people we’ve known for years. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just find us because they’re in the neighborhood or someone told them where we are. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of setup we have here. We just try to get through our work list every single day.
