We’re up on the mezzanine floor of the Bhaveshwar Complex in Vidyavihar West. It’s a bit of an unusual spot, being on that middle level, but it works for us. Morsef Pharmaceutical has been based here for a while now. The building is usually buzzing with people going to different offices. We have a small space that’s mostly filled with cabinets and desks. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes of samples and paperwork. Vidyavihar is a good location, though the station area gets incredibly crowded. We mostly spend our time coordinating with suppliers and checking on batches. It’s not a high-tech lab environment here; it’s more of the administrative and distribution side of things. We have a few windows that look out, but mostly we’re focused on the screens. The team is just a few dedicated people who’ve been together for years. We know where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. We don’t do much in the way of promotion. We just make sure the pharmacies get what they need. It’s a steady job. Sometimes the lift in the complex is slow, so we take the stairs to save time. Just a regular day in a busy Mumbai suburb. It’s nothing glamorous, just work that needs to be done every day to keep the business moving forward.
