Our office is located in the Tayaba Chamber on Sheriff Devji Street. We are on the first floor at Plot-115, right in the middle of the busy Chakala Market area. If you have ever been to the Mand area in Mumbai, you know it is one of those places where every single inch of space is used for something. It is very crowded and quite noisy, but it is exactly where all the action is for an export business like ours. We spend our days dealing with different vendors and logistics agents who are always in a hurry. The street outside is almost always blocked with trucks and people carrying heavy loads on their backs. Inside Tayaba Chamber, things are a little bit more organized, but it is still very busy with people coming and going. We have a small team here, and most of us have been doing this kind of work for many years. We do not use any fancy talk or marketing tricks to get customers. We just tell people exactly what we can do and how long it will take. Most of our work is repeat business from people who already know we are reliable. The office is usually a bit of a mess with product samples and shipping documents lying everywhere. We do not have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest to it just picks it up. It is a very practical way of working.
