You can find us on the 3rd floor of The Platinum building. We are in Shop No-241. The building is on Falkland Road in Mumbai, which is a part of town that never really stops moving or gets quiet. Being up on the third floor helps a little bit with the noise from the street, but you can still hear the taxis honking their horns all day long. We focus on global trade, getting goods in and out of the country. It sounds more exciting than it actually is. Most days it is just us sitting in the small office, looking at spreadsheets and trying to find the best rates for shipping containers. The building is usually full of other traders, so there is always someone popping in to ask a quick question or grab a cup of tea with us. We do not have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just come in, do the daily work, and go home to our families. Our space is very functional with just desks, chairs, a printer that jams once in a while, and plenty of box files. We have been in this neighborhood for some time, so we know most of the local transporters and the guys working at the port. It is a tough business with a lot of competition, but we stay focused on the small details. People know us by our address more than anything else. If the lift is acting up, the stairs are a bit of a climb.
