We operate out of rooms 2/19-20 in the Bombay Mutual Annexe. It’s located on Rustom Sidhwa Marg, which is a busy part of the city. Montex Glass Fibre Industries Pvt Ltd has been here for quite some time now. The building has that old architecture feel, with high ceilings and thick walls. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We have our desks set up to make the most of the space. There is always a stack of files somewhere that needs sorting. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and we are right there working. The street outside is always noisy with cars and people walking to the nearby offices. We get used to the sound after a while. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a decade or more. We know how each other likes their tea. It’s a practical place. We deal with glass fibre stuff all day, so there is usually some talk about shipments or technical specs happening in the background. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we just keep going. We don't spend money on expensive furniture because the old stuff still works fine. It’s about getting the work out the door. We stay busy from Monday to Saturday. Rustom Sidhwa Marg is a good spot for us because it’s central, even if parking is a nightmare.
