If you head over to Mankivali in Khopoli, you will find us. Monica Construction is based right here in the Khalapur taluka of Raigad district. It’s a rugged area with a lot of new things being built all the time. We are right in the middle of it. Our office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and talk to the site supervisors. We deal with a lot of local building projects, mostly residential or small commercial stuff. The dust from the road usually finds its way inside, so we’re always cleaning up. We know the local landscape well, from the hills to the highway. It’s a tough business, construction, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we know the common problems. We don’t have a website with fancy pictures. We just show people what we’ve built nearby. Raigad is growing, and we’re glad to be a part of that. We have a crew that’s been with us for years. They are more like family than employees. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just dig foundations and put up walls. Sometimes the rains stop us, but we get back to it as soon as we can. It’s simple work, but it requires a lot of patience. You can usually find us around Mankivali if there’s a project going on. We enjoy the local atmosphere here in Khalapur and the people we meet.
