Our shop is located in Ghatkopar, specifically in the Kaikondra Halli area along Sarjapura Road, near Carmelram Post 1, number 156. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our door. We mostly focus on keeping the shelves filled with fresh cakes and snacks throughout the day. The morning starts with us unloading the deliveries and getting everything into the display cases. It’s a small shop, so we have to stay organized to make sure there is enough room for customers to stand. We get a lot of people stopping by on their way home from work or school. The routine is pretty much the same every day, from cleaning the glass counters to helping people pick out a birthday cake. Sometimes we have to handle last-minute orders, which can be a bit stressful when we are already busy. The area around Sarjapura Road gets quite crowded, so we see a lot of foot traffic. We don't use any fancy language or try to be something we aren't. We are just a local spot where people can get a quick snack or a dessert. The staff here knows the neighborhood well, and we’re used to the daily rush. We just try to keep things simple and make sure the orders are handled properly before we close up for the night. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just running a regular shop for regular people who want something sweet.
