Monginis

Monginis. This one is in Mulund West, specifically on 22nd Main, 5th Phase 1. It’s a local neighborhood bakery. We see the same faces almost every day. Kids coming from school wanting a chocolate ball or parents picking up bread for the morning. We have the usual selection of cakes in the fridge. The shop isn’t very big, so it gets crowded quickly in the evenings. We spend the morning getting everything set up and checking the dates on the snacks. Mulund West is a busy residential area, so there’s always someone needing a last-minute birthday cake. We’ve got a small staff, and we all do a bit of everything, from cleaning to billing. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it shining. Sometimes the fridge makes a bit of noise, but it works fine. We don't do anything too fancy with the displays, just the standard Monginis setup. People know what to expect when they walk in. It’s a reliable place for the people living in Phase 1. We just try to make sure we don't run out of the popular items like the veg puffs before the evening rush. It’s a simple life, just running the shop and chatting with the neighbors who stop by for their daily bread. We are just right there on the corner of the 22nd Main.
