Monaco Import Export

Our office is tucked away in Narayan Niwas, over in the Dhobi Talao area. It’s 5/7-11 on Dr. C.M. Street, which is a busy part of Marine Lines. If you know Mumbai, you know how these streets get. It’s always noisy outside with people moving around and cars honking. Monaco Import Export is basically run from this small space. We deal with a lot of paperwork because that’s just how importing and exporting works. There are files everywhere. We’ve been here at Dhuswadi for a good bit of time now. The building is older, so it has that specific feel to it. It’s not a shiny corporate tower, just a regular place where we come to work every morning. We handle all sorts of goods coming in and going out. Most of our time is spent making sure the customs details are right and talking to transporters. It gets stressful sometimes when a shipment is delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. Usually, someone is always brewing tea in the corner while we look over the latest manifests. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. It's just a few of us keeping track of the inventory and the shipping schedules. It works for us. We know the neighbors, and we know how to navigate the local streets when deliveries arrive. It's just a standard day-to-day operation in a busy city.
