You can find us at 304 Rushabh Building in Andheri West. We are right opposite the Gr. Bank, near 7 Bungalows. It’s a famous area in Mumbai, and it’s always crowded. Some people still remember us by the old GE Bayer Silicones name, which is fine, names change but the work stays the same. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit. It’s an older building, has a bit of character to it. Working in Andheri means you’re always in the middle of the noise and the rain during monsoon. We do a lot of stuff with silicones and materials. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the orders are right. Our office is functional, with papers piled up and people talking on phones. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will help you out. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. The Mumbai pace is fast, so we are always moving. Sometimes the elevator in Rushabh Building is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish the day’s work and get home through the traffic. It’s a real place with real people doing their best in a busy city. We take our work seriously but we keep the atmosphere light enough to get through the long afternoons.
