Our office is over in the Om Shivdarshan Apartments in Kailash Colony. If you know Ulhasnagar at all, you know it’s a tight-knit place with a lot of energy. We’ve been in suite 303 for a good while now. We handle a lot of the smaller building and infrastructure projects that people around here need. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it’s just a handful of us keeping track of the sites and making sure the supplies show up. We started out doing small repairs and eventually moved into bigger projects as we got more experience. The walls of the office are covered in blueprints and notes from old jobs. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Work gets busy during the dry season when everyone wants their projects finished. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites checking on the progress. Sometimes the traffic in Ulhasnagar makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We aren’t interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so that the people who live in these buildings feel safe. It’s practical work, and it’s what we know how to do best. We keep our paperwork in order and just keep our heads down and work hard for the folks living here.
