Modernizing Prends Private Limited

You can find us at G-3 in the Neel Madhav building, right on Valji Ladha X Road. We’re quite close to Navneet Hospital, which means there are always people and ambulances passing by the front door. Mulund West is a crowded part of town, so parking around here is usually a nightmare for anyone visiting. Modernizing Prends Private Limited is our little spot on the ground floor. It’s easy to walk into from the street. We do a bit of everything here related to our business. The space isn’t very big, so we have to be smart about where we put our supplies and files. We often have people popping in to ask for directions to the hospital, and we don't mind helping out. Inside, it’s mostly us sitting around a couple of tables with our laptops and some files scattered about. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to the constant honking. We try to keep things tidy, though it doesn’t always stay that way when we’re busy with a big project. We drink a lot of chai from the shop next door. The local vendors know us by name now. We’ve been at this location for a while, and it feels like home. It’s a simple setup, no fancy decorations or anything. Just us working through our daily tasks and trying to get things done on time in this busy corner of Mulund. We usually close up once the sun goes down.
