Modern Sales Agency is located in the Niwara Chs Ltd. building, specifically A-16 on LBS Marg in Mulund West, Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy LBS Marg always is. There is a constant sound of traffic and horns outside. Our office is part of a housing society, so it’s got that classic Mumbai mix of work and life. We handle all sorts of sales inquiries and agency work from here. It’s a bit cramped with all the samples and folders we have lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. When the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We’ve been in Mulund for a long time and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. The local trains are just a short distance away, which is how most of us get around. Our days are filled with meetings, phone calls, and the occasional walk down the street to grab some vada pav. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company. We are just a local agency trying to keep our customers happy and our records straight. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but that’s just how things are in this city. We just keep at it every day. When it rains heavily in July, we sometimes have to mop the floor if the windows leak, but we just carry on with the sales orders anyway.
