Modern Led Tec Pvt Ltd.

We’re over in Navi Mumbai, specifically at 102/103 in the Citi Apartment building. It’s on Plot 21 in Sector 16 of Koperkhairane. We’ve been using this apartment as our base for Modern Led Tec Pvt Ltd. for quite a while. It’s a bit different from being in a big glass office tower, but we prefer it this way. It feels more personal. Koperkhairane is a nice area, fairly organized compared to some other parts of the city. We have a couple of rooms set up for different parts of the business. It’s not very formal here. You might find us sitting around a table drinking tea while we discuss what needs to be done for the week. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. People usually just give us a call before they drop by. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s relatively quiet during the day when everyone is at work. We like the pace here. It’s not as frantic as downtown. We just focus on our projects and try to stay on top of things. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. We don't really have any big slogans or anything like that. We just do the work and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. Being in Sector 16 makes it easy for us to get to the station if we need to travel. It’s a solid, practical spot for us to be. We’ve settled in well here.
