Modern Infra Services Llp

Our office is located in the Exotica building of Casa Rio Gold, right on Kalyan Shil Road. It's room D 1903. Modern Infra Services Llp is the name we’ve been operating under for a bit now. Being out here in this part of the Mumbai area means we see a lot of the new housing developments going up every day. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of dust from all the work happening. We're a smaller outfit focusing on infrastructure services. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different contractors or checking on site progress. It can be quite a juggle sometimes. The office is mostly for the paperwork and the odd meeting. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy slogans. We just figure that if we do the job right, people will notice. Living and working around 421204 has its ups and downs, mostly the traffic, but we’ve made a life here. We try to handle every project with a bit of common sense. It isn't always easy, and there are plenty of long days, but that's what we signed up for. We are just local people trying to keep things moving forward in our own small way. It’s pretty basic, but it’s our business. Living in a high-rise like Casa Rio Gold and running the firm from here is convenient for us. We get to see the whole Kalyan Shil Road area from the window. It is a busy life, but it suits us just fine.
