We are Mitsuba Systems India Private Limited and our place is over at No. 34/H Laxmi Industrial Estate on New Link Road. If you’ve ever been to Andheri West, you know how hectic the industrial estates can get. It’s always noisy with trucks moving and people working, which suits us just fine. We handle various industrial systems and it keeps us on our toes every single day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of technical manuals lying around. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Being in Laxmi Industrial Estate means we are right in the middle of everything, which helps when we need to ship things out. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of people; we are a dedicated group that knows the equipment inside and out. Sometimes the air conditioning in the office struggles during the summer, but we keep working through it. We handle a lot of the technical side ourselves because we like to know how things work. There’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with, but that’s just part of the job. We try to be helpful when people call with questions about their systems. It’s a practical business and we take it one day at a time, making sure each order is sorted out correctly without making a huge fuss about it.
