Our office is at 34/H, Laxmi Industrial Estate on New Link Road in Andheri West. Mitsuba Systems India P. Ltd. has been part of this estate for quite a while. If you know Andheri, you know this area is always buzzing with activity. There are so many small businesses packed into this estate that it can be hard to find a parking spot. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easier for moving equipment in and out. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with components and a few workbenches. We do a lot of assembly and testing right here. The light isn't the best, so we have a lot of extra lamps over the benches. We aren't a corporate giant. We’re just a group of people who are good at putting systems together. Most of our technicians have been with us for a long time and they know these parts inside out. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to the door. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't spend time on fancy presentations. Usually, our customers just want to know if the system works and when it will be ready. We tell them the truth and get back to work. It’s a busy life in Andheri, but we enjoy the pace of it.
