Mithali Gold

You can find Mithali Gold on the first floor of the Chandra Mahal building. We are located at 130/132 on Sheikh Memon Street, which is right off Kalbadevi Road. If you know this part of the city, you know it is always packed with people. There are crowds everywhere and the noise from the street traffic never really stops. We are up one flight of stairs, so it is a little bit quieter than being right on the sidewalk, but only a little. The building is quite old and has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We have got our space set up to handle all the daily tasks we need to do. It is a very busy area for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by many others doing similar things. We are not a big flashy showroom. It is more of a work-focused environment here. We spend a lot of time at our desks or sitting at the workbenches. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is lucky because Kalbadevi gets really hot in the summer. We get our mail delivered to the ground floor and usually have to walk down to fetch it ourselves. It is a lot of moving up and down throughout the day. We have been at this address for a long time and the routine is pretty much the same every morning. We open the shutters, turn on the fans, and start working on the day's tasks.
