We are located at No. 304 in the Vrindavan Co Operative Housing Society. It is right in the middle of Mira Road East, which is a busy neighborhood to be in. Working out of a housing society means we see a lot of the same faces every morning when we arrive. Our space is mostly filled with printers and boxes of paper. There is always that smell of ink in the air, which you get used to after a couple of days. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machine heads and making sure everything is running without jamming. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure the orders go out. Sometimes the delivery guys have a bit of trouble finding the right wing in Vrindavan, but usually, they figure it out. Mira Road can get very crowded during the rush hour, so we try to get our big deliveries done early. We have a couple of old desks that we’ve used forever and a fridge that makes a weird humming noise in the corner. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don’t really do fancy meetings; usually, we just talk over the sound of the machines. The windows look out over the courtyard where kids play in the evenings. It’s a basic place, but it serves us well for getting the printing done every day.
