Mindray Medical India is based in the City Point building on Andheri Kurla Road. We are in unit B-404. If you have ever been to Andheri, you know how hectic it can get. The traffic outside is constant, and the noise from the metro construction or the planes overhead is just part of the day. Our office is a straightforward place. We deal with medical equipment and systems. There isn't any fancy decor or a big reception area. It is just a workspace with desks, computers, and people trying to get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in meetings with technicians. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes we have coffee breaks in the small pantry and talk about the commute. We don't bother with corporate slogans or mission statements. We just focus on the daily tasks, like managing orders and making sure the logistics are handled. It’s an honest, busy office. Most of us have been here for a while, so we know the routine inside out. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Mumbai heat, but we manage. We aren't trying to be something we are not. We are just a group of people working in the medical sector, keeping our heads down and doing the work. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s just how it goes in a city like this. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
