We are located in Kharghar, which is part of Navi Mumbai. Our place is in the Namrata Apartments, specifically room 303 in the Ishwar Chandra building. It’s a typical residential building where we’ve set up our workspace. Being in Maharashtra, especially this part of Navi Mumbai, means there is always a lot of construction and movement around us. Even though our name mentions Taloja, this office here in Kharghar is where a lot of the administrative stuff happens for Minaean Habitat India. It’s a small space, not like those giant offices you see in the movies. We have our files, a few desks, and the usual tea breaks. The apartment building is easy to find if you know the name Ishwar Chandra. We’ve been here for a bit and know the security guys and the other people living in the block. It’s a decent place to work. It’s not very loud, which helps when we are trying to get through the paperwork. Kharghar is a growing area, so there are always new shops opening up nearby. We just do our thing and stay out of the way. We don’t go for big banners or loud advertising. People who need to find us usually have the address and just show up. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business. We like the local feel of the apartment office. There is a small balcony where we can take a breather and look at the street below. It helps the day go by. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the jobs.
