We are over at Prasad Chambers, specifically in the K R Colony area near Kumbharwada. Our office is a bit hard to find if you don't know the 5th Kumbharwada 1st Cross lane. It’s an old-school building and we’ve been working out of units 1610 and 1611 for a long time. As developers, our days are mostly filled with looking at blueprints, talking to site supervisors, and dealing with government paperwork. It’s not the most exciting stuff to talk about, but it’s how buildings get made. The office is usually covered in dust from the site visits and there are rolls of drawings everywhere. We aren't the kind of company that has a polished sales gallery with miniature models. We prefer to spend our time on the actual construction sites making sure the bricks are being laid right. The area around Kumbharwada is quite busy and traditional, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have a small staff who have been with us for years. We don't really do much marketing or big billboards. Most of our projects come through word of mouth from people who have bought from us before. We just focus on finishing what we started and making sure the structures are solid. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don’t know any other way. We just keep our heads down and build things that last.
