Garware Paints Ltd.

Our place, Garware Paints Ltd., is located at Pap C- 50 in the TTC Industrial Area over in Midc Pawne New. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always loud and there’s always a truck backing up somewhere. We spend our time around buckets and mixing machines. The floor is usually covered in some kind of smudge, no matter how much we sweep it. That’s just the way it goes when you’re working with paint all day. It’s a big space but we manage to fill it up pretty quick with stock. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. The air smells like chemicals and wet concrete most mornings. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or lobby areas. You just walk in and find someone in a jumpsuit. We keep a schedule, but things often get pushed back when a delivery is late or a machine acts up. It’s a bit gritty, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat themselves, ironically enough. We just focus on getting the batches right. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it. Midc Pawne is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside our doors. We don't bother with corporate talk here. We just make sure the lids are on tight and the labels are straight before things go out. It's a lot of manual work and we're used to it.
