Our place is located in the Gemstar Commercial Complex at 419-421 on Ramchandra Lane. We are right in the Kachpada area of Malad West. It's a bit of a bigger space than some others in the building because we took over two units. There's always a lot of humming from the machines and the smell of solder in the air. We've spent a lot of years in this specific spot. The walls are covered in diagrams and old calendars. It’s a working office, not a showroom, so don't expect anything fancy if you walk in. We deal with electronic components and assembly. It takes a lot of focus, so it’s usually pretty quiet except for the occasional radio playing in the background. The Malad traffic outside is a constant noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. Most days are just about hitting the targets and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. It’s practical work. We don't have big meetings or long presentations. We just get the components ready and ship them out. Kachpada is a busy neighborhood, but our little corner of Gemstar is where we feel at home.
