We’ve been in this spot in Mahim for a while now. Pitamber Lane gets pretty busy in the mornings, especially when the trucks come in to drop off boxes. Inside our unit at New Udyog Mandir, it’s mostly just us sorting through various gift items that people seem to need for different occasions. There isn't much to say about the office itself, it's just a space with desks and a lot of cardboard. We handle the usual stuff like mugs, frames, and small things that companies give away. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get things out on time because the lane gets a bit flooded, but we manage. Most days are just spent on the phone or checking lists to make sure we didn't miss a count. It's not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We started out small and stayed that way for the most part, focusing on the work right in front of us. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know how the coffee machine works and which fan makes the most noise. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. It’s mostly about getting the orders packed and out the door before the courier guy leaves his route. It's a living, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday until the sun goes down over the buildings nearby.
