We are right here where our members are. The office is simple. We have the basic furniture we need to get the job done. We spend our time helping people with their small savings and managing the accounts. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. We see a lot of the same faces every week. That’s the nice thing about being in a place like Kallam. You get to know people. We don't have a big marketing budget or any glossy brochures. Our reputation comes from just being here and doing what we say we will do. The days can be long, especially when there is a lot of paperwork to catch up on. We don't use complicated systems. It’s mostly just us and our notebooks. If the weather is hot, we turn on the small fan and keep working. We appreciate the people who trust us with their business. We don't take that for granted. It’s a modest operation, but we are proud of it. Osmanabad is our home, and we are happy to serve the community in this small way.
