Operating Merino Ind Ltd. out of Mumbai is a bit of a whirlwind most of the time. If you live or work in this city, you already know exactly how it goes. Everything moves fast and there is always some kind of noise coming from the street outside. We are right in the thick of it all. We don’t have some polished corporate headquarters that looks like it belongs on a magazine cover. It is just a plain workspace where we spend our hours dealing with the daily grind. Some days are definitely smoother than others, but that is just life in a place like Mumbai. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing because there is simply no time for it during the day. We just focus on the tasks sitting right in front of us on our desks. Our team is relatively small and we’ve all known each other for a long time now. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving as best as we can. Merino Ind Ltd. is basically our second home because we spend so much of our lives here. It isn't always pretty, and sometimes the rain or the traffic makes everything more difficult, but we get the work done regardless of the obstacles. We aren't trying to change the world, we just want to do our jobs well and get home to see our families. The city is loud and crowded, but it gives us a certain kind of energy.
