You can find us at Shiv Sagar Estate, building ‘A’, which sits right on Dr. Annie Besant Road in Worli. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. Being Merck (India) Ltd, we have a fair amount of people coming and going throughout the day. The area is always crowded with people heading to work or stuck in traffic near the sea link. Our office feels like a typical workplace where everyone has their own little corner. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking on the phone. The windows look out onto the busy road, and you can hear the horns honking most of the time. It’s not the quietest place, but it has a certain energy to it. We don't really go in for those motivational posters or big corporate speeches. We just show up, do our shifts, and try to keep things running smoothly. Lunchtimes are usually spent grabbing something quick from the nearby stalls or sitting in the break room sharing food. It’s a very routine kind of life here. The building has been here for years, and it feels solid, even if it shows its age in some spots. We don't try to pretend to be something we’re not. It’s just a workplace in Worli where we handle our business and go home to our lives. The elevator is sometimes slow, but we just take it in stride.
