Mercator Line Limited

We are located in the Bhakti Apartment building, specifically in office A-603. Our place is right on S.V. Road in Borivali-West, Mumbai. It is a very easy spot to find because we are directly opposite the Jain Temple. Being on S.V. Road means it is never quiet. There is a constant stream of cars, buses, and rickshaws honking outside our window from morning until night. The office is a small space where we manage the shipping and logistics work for Mercator Line Limited. It’s filled with desks, computers, and stacks of shipping manifests. We don't have a lot of extra room, so we have to be pretty organized with where we put things. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is trying to get their work done at once. We usually have the radio on to drown out some of the traffic noise. Many of us have been working here for a while, so we are used to the rhythm of Borivali. We take our breaks at the small cafes nearby or just stand by the window and watch the crowd near the temple. It is a very typical Mumbai office—functional, a little bit crowded, and right in the heart of a busy residential and commercial area. We focus on getting the vessels and cargo tracked correctly without making a big production out of it. It’s just where we come to work every day.
