Mentor Rural Management Private Limited Mumbai

We run our operations out of Maruti Darshan, specifically Flat No. 305 on Plot No. 19. This is in Sector 6 of Kamothe. It is more of a quiet, residential-feeling area compared to the middle of Mumbai, which suits us just fine. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through stacks of files. Since we deal with rural management, a lot of our thinking is focused on places far away from the city. But this flat is where the planning happens. It is not a huge office with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a few rooms with desks and computers. We often have lunch together in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. Being in Kamothe means we are a bit removed from the main rush, which helps us focus. We try to keep things organized, but when we are busy, papers tend to pile up on the tables. We are just a group of people who care about how things are run in the countryside. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look at the data and try to find ways to make things work better for the people out there. It is a lot of coordination and talking to different folks. We stay late some nights when there is a big project. It is just how it goes.
