Mehta Jaising Builders is located over in Bhayandar East. Our office is on the 4th floor of Kapoor Tower IV, which is in the Jesal Park area. The address is Post Box 35, 404. Being in the Thane district, specifically Bhayandar, means things are always moving fast. The tower is a well-known building, so most people don't have trouble finding us once they get to Jesal Park. We are up on the fourth floor, and from there we manage all the building work we have going on. The office is usually full of site supervisors coming in to report and people checking on paperwork. Construction in a place like this is a lot of work because of the regulations and the lack of space. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the site and the office. It’s not a quiet job. There’s always someone calling about a delivery or a delay. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been builders in this area for a good while, so we know the local landscape pretty well.
