We are located at Shop Number 20 in the Bhiwandiwala Building. Our spot is right on Dr. Ambedkar Road in the Kala Chowki area. This building is an old one, and it has a lot of character that you don't see in the newer glass buildings popping up around the city. Because we are on such a busy road, there is a constant hum of traffic from buses, cars, and motorcycles passing by at all hours. Our shop isn't very big, but we have managed to make the most of the space we have. It can get quite dusty with all the vehicles outside, so we have to wipe down the counters and the glass shelves pretty often. We have been here for a long time and have become a regular part of the neighborhood. People often stop by just to say a quick hello while they are out doing their shopping. It is a humble place with no big glowing signs or fancy lobby. We just have our name on the front and some old ceiling fans that keep the air moving. When the monsoon season hits, we have to keep an eye on the doorway to make sure the rain doesn't splash inside. It is a simple way of life here in Kala Chowki, and we like the rhythm of it. We know the other shopkeepers on this block and we all look out for each other.
